Event Production
An event is judged in the details: how the room feels when the doors open, how a programme moves, how guests are looked after. We plan the whole experience, then run it on the day.

What we do
Built around the outcome, not the equipment list.
Every capability below is delivered by the same production team, so the brief, the budget and the final result stay connected.
Concept & experience design
A clear idea for the room, the programme and the moments guests will remember — not just a run sheet.
Production & logistics
Venue, staging, sound, lighting, suppliers, permits and schedules coordinated by one production lead.
Brand activations & launches
Product reveals, press moments and guest journeys built to put the brand at the centre without crowding the experience.
Red carpet & guest management
Arrivals, hosting, seating and flow, with a guest experience that stays calm even when the schedule moves.
Live coverage & streaming
Multi-camera filming, photography and live broadcast for audiences who cannot be in the room.
Documentation & after-film
Same-day social edits and a polished event film that carries the moment well beyond the night.
Scope
What can be included.
Projects are scoped to the brief. These are the pieces we can take on, alone or together — the final list is agreed before work starts.

The process
From first call to final handover.
Each stage ends with something you can review, so there are no surprises in the final delivery.
Step 01
Discover
We start with the purpose of the event, the audience and the result the client needs to walk away with.
Step 02
Design
Concept, programme, budget and production plan come together in one document everyone can work from.
Step 03
Build
Suppliers are booked, the venue is rehearsed and every moving part gets an owner and a time.
Step 04
Run & document
We run the day on the floor, then deliver the photographs and event film that keep it alive.

Questions
Before you brief us.
Still unsure about scope, timing or budget? Send the question — we would rather answer it early.
Do you manage the whole event or only part of it?
Both. We can take the full brief from concept to pack-down, or plug in as production and coverage support for a team that already has a plan.
Can you cover an event without planning it?
Yes. Photography, multi-camera filming and live streaming are available as standalone coverage, with a shot plan agreed before the day.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks is a good starting point for a mid-sized event. Premieres and larger productions benefit from more runway for venue, talent and supplier bookings.
Live experiences
Tell us what the room should feel like — we will build the evening around it.
Bring the brief, the deadline and the budget. We will tell you honestly what is possible and how to get there.
